Return Policy

We highly value your satisfaction and have made it our top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt.

To start a return, kindly email us at info@evya-london.com with your order number and reason for return. This allows us to process your return efficiently.

Please fill out the return form carefully, ensuring all requested information is accurate. For a smooth return process, it's important the form is completed fully and correctly.

Conditions for Return Requests

For a valid refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original and (if applicable) unused condition, including all associated labels and tags.
  • There should be no visible signs of actual usage (if applicable).
  • The seal must not be broken for hygiene products.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there are suspicions of usage damage or external damages not attributable to our responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we'll refund the full purchase amount promptly. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If the problem continues, feel free to contact our customer service via info@evya-london.com.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The cost of returning an item is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed. Products should be returned to the factory in China, where higher costs may apply. Prices can be found on the UK postal service website.
  • Please note that items such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and skincare products are not subject to our return policy due to hygiene reasons and therefore cannot be returned.
  • Returns of items obtained through giveaways or sales are not valid; in such cases, exchange for a voucher is possible.
  • We kindly request you to provide the return package with a track and trace code (at your own expense), as this is crucial for a successful return process.
  • Once you return the package, we kindly request you to share a photo and/or link of the track and trace code with us via email.
  • Please include the fully completed return form in the return package.
  • The returned item must be in unused and sealed condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • We emphasize that returned damaged products, damaged by external factors, cannot be processed.
